How long have you been in business?
Our principles have over 40 years experience solving water quality challenges for our customers.
What is your primary product or service?
Water Conditioning and purification, Bottled Water manufacturing and delivery, environmentally friendly ice-melt products. Total Plumbing Services, water heaters, tankless Water heaters, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, ADA compliant Baths and Showers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in water quality while attending DTCC in Wilmington De. Our family had some health issues that were a direct result of pcp's in our drinking water. With an on-going education in Mechanical Engineering, this was a product I felt passionate about. After completing certification with Maryland Department of the Environment, and the Water Quality association I now hold certification as a Certified Installer, certified sales, certified water specialist III.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our firm manufactures or assembles most of the products we sell. Our desire is to serve each customer to the level they desire and can afford. We are traditionally 30% lower in price than our competition because we have low overhead and cut out the middle man. We serve over 2000 residential customers in the tri-state area, and over 100 commercial and Government installations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Forest Hill MD, and just moved last year into a new 2700 square foot facility and plan to expand again with more staff and larger building by 2013.
